InquireAI Update Notice – Action Required

Square 9 will soon be updating the foundational AI model that powers InquireAI. To ensure full compatibility and uninterrupted operation, all customers must be running the latest version of the InquireAI GlobalCapture node.

The lowest operating version of the InquireAI node is v1.15 to support this change.

What you need to do

To stay ahead of this change, we recommend updating your InquireAI node now:

• Open GlobalCapture Administration

• Navigate to the Nodes panel

• Update the InquireAI node to the latest available version

Updating early ensures a smooth transition and avoids any workflow interruptions.

Automatic update for cloud customers

For Square 9 Cloud customers who do not update manually, the new InquireAI node version will be automatically deployed during the first week of February 2026.

This update is required for continued use of InquireAI once the new foundational model goes live and legacy models are deprecated.
