Important Notice: Deprecation of Legacy GlobalSearch Clients

Square 9 is continuing its transition to GlobalSearch Go, our next‑generation platform for intelligent document processing. First introduced in April 2024, GlobalSearch Go has evolved rapidly, delivering a modern, secure, and flexible experience that surpasses the capabilities of our legacy desktop and browser clients.

To support continued innovation, Square 9 is beginning the formal retirement of older GlobalSearch interfaces.

📅 Key Dates

Legacy Desktop Client

  • End of Updates: February 1, 2027

  • After this date, the desktop client will continue to run, but no new updates, fixes, or enhancements will be released.

  • Future GlobalSearch releases will not include the ability to deploy or update the desktop client.

Legacy Browser Client

  • End of New Deployments: February 1, 2027

  • Full Deprecation for All Customers: February 1, 2028

After these dates, the legacy browser client will no longer be available or supported.

GlobalSearch Go represents the future of the Square 9 platform. It offers:

Your existing legacy clients will continue to function for now, but they will not receive updates after the dates listed above. To ensure the best experience and continued access to new features, we strongly recommend planning your transition to GlobalSearch Go.
