Overview

Support for TransformAI will continue for existing customers until December 31, 2027. The recommended replacement is InquireAI (IAI). Existing TransformAI customers may upgrade to InquireAI at no additional license cost. Depending on your environment and use case, Square 9 Professional Services can assist with assessment, pilot, and migration.

Recommended Migration Workflow

1. Run a pilot on InquireAI

   • Select representative documents and validate extraction accuracy and throughput.

2. Map fields and workflows

   • Identify fields that can be auto‑mapped and those that require manual mapping or custom rules.

3. Engage Professional Services if needed

   • For complex templates, bulk conversions, compliance mapping, or to accelerate tuning.

4. Validate and tune

   • Iterate on model tuning and human review.

5. Cutover and monitor

   • Move production workloads to IAI, monitor performance, and keep rollback plans available.

When to Engage Professional Services

Engage Professional Services for any of the following:

• High volume or mission‑critical extraction.

• Need for automated conversion tooling, pilot execution, or accelerated tuning.

Professional Services can provide discovery, mapping, automated conversion where possible, pilot execution, and full migration execution.

Will my existing templates be automatically converted?

What happens to historical extraction data?

Anything already processed will be retained.  This change would only impact new documents entering your capture flow.

How long will support continue?

Support for TransformAI continues through December 31, 2027. Any change to this date will be communicated well in advance.
