A Field Set groups related components under a heading (legend) with a line beneath it, for example a Contact Information section. It's purely visual: it doesn't change how data is saved.

Like other layout components, a Field Set can be shown or hidden with conditions, and everything inside it follows.
A Panel is similar but has a title bar, color themes, and can collapse or clear its answers when hidden.
