InquireAI and GlobalAction
Exercise caution when using the InquireAI node with GlobalAction. All documents that match the Initiator node criteria will be ingested into the workflow and processed through InquireAI, even if they have been previously processed. Ensure your Initiator node and your workflow frequency are not going to repeatedly process the same documents through InquireAI, consuming your page count.
The configuration for the InquireAI node when using GlobalAction is the same as when using GlobalCapture but an additional step is needed to allow the data to flow from the InquireAI into GlobalSearch.
InquireAI extracted data fields are stored in matching Process Fields in GlobalAction. These fields are different from those fields used in GlobalSearch. For data to flow from an InquireAI extraction process into GlobalSearch fields, use of the Set Field node is required.
Configuring Data to Flow into GlobalSearch
Along the Success path of your workflow, after the data extraction but before the release to GlobalSearch, add a Set Field node.

All fields can be configured in a single Set Field node.
If there is already data present in a GlobalSearch field and you wish to retain that data and ignore the returned data, enable Set Only If Empty for those fields.
The GlobalSearch Field names does not need to match the Process Field name.
