GlobalForms

GlobalCapture is the workflow and BPM engine driving form based processes.  Data and document mapping tools are available in the browser as of GlobalCapture 2.3  Mapping tools are accessed from the GlobalCapture Designer.  In the Designer's toolbar, click the GlobalForms menu, then GlobalForms Mapping.

GlobalForms licensing is enforced PER PUBLISHED WORKFLOW as of GlobalCapture 2.3.  When saving a new workflow with Forms imports, the number of published versus available forms is available.  Users will be allowed to save workflows that exceed the licensed limit, but they will not be published and in turn will not run.
