Change how a form is displayed by adding options to the form's link. No changes to the form itself are needed, so you can share the same form in different ways.
Hide the header bar
Add header=0 to hide the GlobalForms header bar, for example when a form is embedded in another website:
https://forms.example.com/view/#!/form/<form ID>?header=0
Combine options
Join options with &. For example, hide the header bar and clear the form after each submission:
https://forms.example.com/view/#!/form/<form ID>?header=0&clearonsubmit=true
