Build a GlobalCapture workflow that collects GlobalForms submissions, creates a PDF from each one using your mapping, and releases it. This is the simplest workflow; add validation, indexing and other nodes as your process needs.
Before you begin

A mapping for the form. See Mapping a Form.

GlobalCapture connected to GlobalForms through a GlobalForms portal.
Build the workflow

Open the GlobalCapture Designer and drag an Import node onto the canvas. Set Import Type to GlobalForms, then choose the GlobalForms portal and the mapping for your form.

Drag a Release node onto the canvas and choose where documents should go.

Drag an End node onto the canvas.

Connect Import → Release → End.

Save and publish the workflow.
GlobalCapture now picks up new submissions for the form, creates a PDF for each using the mapping, and releases it.
