13191 - Typed signature

Adds a component to allow for typed signatures that show "squiggly fonts" for people who don't want to use the signature drawing but want more than a text field.

The Font family property defaults to cursive. Value can be left empty. Google fonts can be used. E.g Pacifico with Font Stylesheet URL : https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Pacifico&display=swap

Script signatures will only display in snapshot PDFs. This feature is not intended for use with mapped PDFs.
