Products that have reached end of support or end of life.
As features grow and evolve across the S9 product suite, there are times when outdated features are deprecated in favor of newer ones. This article details the end-of-life procedures and what it means for users.
What is currently supported?
For a complete list of what is included in your Software Assurance Contract, please consult the appropriate section of the Square 9 Software Support Knowledge Base
What happens when a product or feature is deprecated?
The following all apply:
The listed feature will no longer be included in any future versions of the associated product
Square 9 Software Support will continue to provide technical support to users experiencing issues with the feature or product, as long as it was supported in the version currently installed
Support for deprecated features will be limited to troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues. Square 9 will not provide development support or code-based fixes to deprecated products
If an issue is encountered with no other actionable resolution, S9 Support will advise on transitioning to a supported workaround or upgrading to a supported version
