Manage Users

Completing return to works forms is done anonymously. Visitors do not authenticate to the form to complete any required steps.  Temperature screening does require an authenticated user to perform that step in the flow.  The admin dashboard includes a user management page for provisioning users and assigning security.  Click the Manage Users button.

All Return to Work forms are secured appropriately to a role named BacktoWork.  Use the Manage Users form to add any GlobalForms user to the role.

  1. Select the user from the User drop down list.
  2. Click the Authorize Screening User button.

If you need to create a new user, click the New User button.  Add the user credentials, and then perform the same steps above.
