GlobalCapture Workflow action. Send submissions directly into a GlobalCapture workflow as they are submitted. The action:

creates one process per submission, or one per file

attaches uploaded files and the generated PDF

fills workflow fields from form data, with optional field mapping

updates the process when the submission is edited
A GlobalCapture panel on each submission shows process status and lets authorized users run validation actions, such as Approve, from GlobalForms. See GlobalCapture Workflow Action.
