Upon completion of your capture process, your business information is released to a secure and compliant cloud repository where it is protected and ready to be referenced in seconds. This repository is then divided into four Archives which reflect the four practice areas for content management found most commonly within the typical business. These include: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources and Contract Management.  Each application is then subdivided depending on the type of document within the practice area.
