- Open CMD as an Administrator and enter command: cd C:\GetSmart *
- Then enter the command: Square9.CaptureConverter C:\GetSmart\13 C:\GetSmart\99*
- This will restart the conversion process. Let the conversion run, this may take some time depending on how many Capture Workfows and Zonal OCR templates the Client has.
- If the converter stops updating, then the conversion has stopped or become stuck. You will have to restart the conversion over again.
- The converter should skip over templates and workflows it has already converted so if the process fails midway, a new conversion should quickly iterate through what's already been converted before starting on the workflows and templates that are pending conversion.
